What is the Correct Time to Drink Water to Benefit your Health

When it comes to hydration, drinking sufficient amount of water is not the only thing that matters. The time at which you drink it also influences its benefits greatly. Instead, you can drink water either 30 minutes before having your meal or 2 hours after having the food.
